Democratic Party Candidate · U.S. Senate · Delaware · 2026
Fire DC.
Fix the cost of living.
Eric No-Trump Hansen cut prices for millions of American shoppers. Now he's running to lower your cost of living, protect your job from AI, and end executive overreach and corruption.
Paid for by E. No-Trump Hansen Committee.

Eric is the candidate who has already proven he can bring costs down — at the scale of a nation.
The Priorities
Three promises. One commitment to Delaware.
Concrete plans, not slogans. Tap any priority to see how Eric gets it done.
Eric has already saved the country $25 billion. Now he's using that experience to save you even more.
- Food −10% by shifting farm subsidies from fuel for vehicles to food for people, and eliminating food tariffs.
- Housing −10% with a ‘Serve to Stay’ affordable-housing workforce.
- Healthcare −10% through Medicare choice expansion — and more.
- Most other goods −10% by ending unnecessary tariffs — especially the ones that just raise prices.
Protect our workers from AI-driven job loss, and protect our seniors from threats to Social Security, Medicare, and retirement benefits.
- A firm promise to protect Social Security.
- Strengthen Medicare by offering younger, healthier people lower cost plans leveraging Medicare buying power.
- The U.S. should lead the AI revolution — safely. Eric will lead the creation of a new AI regulatory agency to set standards, assess risks, and hold companies accountable.
- Keep America in the lead while making sure the AI transition works for people, not just companies.
When Congress and the courts don't check a president's worst impulses, the country pays the price. Eric will pass a law limiting presidential power — as the founders intended — restore real checks and balances, and root out corruption and self-dealing.
- Pass a law limiting presidential power so no president is above Congress or the courts.
- Restore real checks and balances and independent, non-weaponized federal agencies.
- Root out self-dealing and corruption and put public service back at the center of government.
The record that demands it
- Pardoned roughly 1,500 January 6 defendants — including people convicted of assaulting police.
- Turned the Justice Department on his critics — indicting former FBI Director James Comey after a prosecutor was forced out for refusing to charge NY Attorney General Letitia James.
- Branded Democratic lawmakers' conduct “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH.”
- Sent National Guard troops into American cities — until courts, including the Supreme Court, found he exceeded his authority.
- Ordered military strikes on boats near Venezuela with no congressional authorization; legal and UN experts called them extrajudicial killings.
- Backed masked, aggressive ICE tactics that courts found involved racial profiling and due-process violations.
- Reported more than $2 billion in personal income in his first year back in office — an unprecedented conflict of interest.
- Waged a sustained assault on the free press — banning the AP, suing outlets, and leaning on the FCC.
- Fueled the Epstein-files firestorm — resisting release until a near-unanimous Congress forced his hand, then drawing bipartisan backlash over redactions.
- Ordered the Smithsonian to strip “improper ideology,” targeting the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
- Reinstated a ban on transgender Americans serving in the military.
- Hit NATO allies with tariffs over Greenland, straining alliances that have held since 1949.
A practical agenda to make life more affordable and fair:
- Serve to Stay Act: people trying to immigrate to the U.S. can earn a path to citizenship by serving in the military or a Housing & Infrastructure Development Corps — fixing immigration once and for all.
- A $15 federal minimum wage so no state gets an edge over Delaware.
- A federal balanced-budget requirement — we shouldn't spend more than we have.
- Fully deductible childcare + free pre-K and school lunches.
- A $5,000 credit for solar, EVs, and home batteries — while we bring green-tech manufacturing back from China.
- Free basic internet, nationwide.

Meet Eric
He grew up poor. He never forgot it.
Eric grew up poor, so he understands how hard it is for most families right now. He and his family moved to Delaware to build a better life. He loves Delaware — and, like most Delawareans, he's deeply frustrated with the way things are.
Eric is a businessperson who saved American shoppers over $25 billion. He's proven he can bring the cost of living down. He'd also be the only U.S. Senator with hands-on AI experience — so he understands the risks of AI, and how to handle them, like no other candidate. And Eric has stood up to Trump before, and he'll do it again. We need someone like that.
Eric and his wife of nearly 20 years have two children in Delaware public schools.
“I commit to lowering the cost of living, ensuring AI does not steal your job, and ending executive over-reach and corruption. That is my promise to you.”— E. No-Trump Hansen
The name E. (Eric) No-Trump Hansen isn't a gimmick — it's his complete commitment to positive change.
